Snow Go Away
Title: Snow Go Away
While Miss Alice was not one for snow and cold weather, she did enjoy capturing snow-covered scene with children. This painting was composed in 1976 and one of the few on actual canvas.
The work was initially purchased by Mrs. Ruth Bradley, a friend and booster of Miss Alice in Batesville. After Mrs. Bradley’s death, her son James Bradley acquired the painting, sold it to Tim Foley and finally made its way home to the Museum.
