Do you own an original Alice Moseley painting? If so, please contact us.

While we are interested in purchasing originals to grow the collection, more importantly, we are interested in developing a comprehensive catalog of Miss Alice’s work. Many of the pieces were sold without a record being kept.

How much is my piece worth?
We regret that we cannot perform appraisals, however, we may be able to issue a certificate of authenticity. An auction house such as Christie’s or Sotheby’s – or an online auction site like ebay.com or artprice.com – can help you learn more about the value of your object.

How can I donate a painting or folklife piece to the museum?
We appreciate your consideration and our curatorial staff will be happy to review the object to determine if it fits our collecting guidelines and programming needs. Please send a photograph and a letter about the piece to the curatorial department’s attention at the Alice Moseley Museum, 1928 Depot Way, Bay St. Louis, MS 39520 or call to make an appointment 228-467-9223.
